Non-Disclosure Agreement (v1.0)

By requesting access to N5 confidential security documentation you agree, on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent, to the following:

1. Confidentiality. The documents provided are confidential information of N5 Now. You will not disclose them to any third party without prior written consent from N5.
2. Purpose limitation. You will use the documents solely to evaluate N5 as a vendor or to fulfill your organization's third-party risk management obligations.
3. No redistribution. Download links are personal and time-limited. You will not share the links or the downloaded files outside your organization.
4. Retention. You will delete the documents when they are no longer needed for the purpose above, and in any case upon N5's request.
5. Term. These obligations survive for 3 years from the date of acceptance.

Acceptance is recorded with a timestamp, the version of this text, and the requester's email and IP address.
